Everyone makes silly mistakes sometimes. This is where you should post the silliest mistake you have ever made. My silliest mistake is when I said "I'll come back to that question later".

This morning I was so tired that, when talking to my D&D friend, I suggested he put ranks in a feat.

I often wonder where something is, only to have it on my person, early 20th century slapstick comedy style.

I've had a panic attack looking for my glasses, only to discover that I had them hanging from my shirt collar.

I told someone I had to be at a meeting in 20 min. The meeting was weeks off.

I meant to type "Its small features and oversized eyes trigger a hormonal ... It's autonomic. It's what keeps us from eating them."

However, I managed to type 'thighs' instead of 'eyes'.

recently I spent a good few minutes looking at a really easy cross-out word puzzle (part of an English Test). The lowest line consisted of the following letters SHAPPY. I kept reading the SH as one letter...
EDIT: I realize shappy is a word, but it was quite obviously not the one my teacher was looking for.

I mentioned gender rolls.

Today my friend called out, looking directly at me, "Heather!" I started at her for a few seconds, confused. It took a second for me to realize that *I'm* Heather.
In my defense, it's been a crazy week.

Here's mine: I waited for a stop sign to turn green before entering the intersection.

Sometimes when I have two things in my hand like mobile in one hand and another thing in other i throw mobile instead of that unknowingly.

Completely blanking on someone's name and working my way through almost an entire conversation before I take a stab at it, then getting it wrong.
