Good Morning, My name is Rachel. I'm not going to pretend I'm clever, or brilliant, but I will say I'm not as dumb as the majority of my peers. I am a lover of books and the literature, as my username clearly states, the smell of old books is intoxicating. I hope that I may find good company here, or at least some entertainment for a few hours.

Old book smell is awesome

In my senior year of high school, I was required to include an annotated bibliography for one of my papers. In it, I included notes on how each book smelled.

And you got full credit for it?

one would think so

I have had teachers who count off for things like that.

There's actually a section in the rubric entitled "Not Wasting the Teacher's Time".

I once got a 1 (the equivalent of an F) in Polish class for assuming Romeo was a geek...

I usually just say "vosotros", for lack of an English word...

I say "you guys" in person, but on the internet, i usually just say "you".
