Have an idea that would make a great post but don't know how to write it yourself or don't have the motivation? Add it to this thread. Or on the other hand, you can claim an idea off this list. I or another mod will periodically update this first post with requests/claims.

Okay, this is somewhat of a request and somewhat of an announcement. I'm thinking of extending Blake's "Abridged History of the Ancient World" to cover Ancient China and India. If I don't get around to doing it, you guys can have it.

a pyGame 1.9.2 tutorial.
[Quote] [Link]
By specifying "1.9.2", do you mean a "current PyGame" tutorial or a "differences between 1.9.2 and previous versions" tutorial?

current pyGame.
For beginners, something like your Python tutorials

P.S.-thank you

I'm reworking my premise. A few days ago, I had finished reading Romance of the Three Kingdoms...so....

I just "moved" here from Two Cans and String, which I love. However, something that bugs me about NerdParadise is that there is no "Baby Bear", "Mama Bear", or "Papa Bear". It'd be nice if the sides of the main box were a fixed distance from the sides of the window.

I'm planning on removing the size setting from TwoCans, soon. It's too difficult to maintain these settings when I create new page layouts.
[Quote] [Link]
I actually like the size settings. I tend to keep it on Papa Bear.

Would TwoCans be like this, then?

A complete(r) guide to SSHing, that doesn't use technical terms, such as X11 forwarding, making it easier to understand for the non-techie.

I could certainly use a few step-by-step tutorials on HTML and other website design things: they aren't my forte yet, and I've been wanting to learn them.

Also, I'd be willing to write up something about world religions, DM-ing, Organic Chemistry, learning Spanish or something... Takers?

Cool coding. First watch this video, then see this comment:

package minecraft;
public class meanwhileatmojang { public static String main(String[] args) { if (notch.bored == true && nerfgun.available == ture) { int sodacan.position = notch.head boolean nerfgun.fire = true
 return "Ow!" } }
}

I know, Minecraft? Cheesy, but cool.

I'm almost done with tutorials 1 and 2, which are a basic history and overview and getting started, respectfully of course. I'll submit it when I have more done.

Where's the existing one that you seem to be making reference to?

The one that you get when you search up "SSH Tutorial", the most popular guide. I don't like guides where I have to search up half the terms in it.
