Reply 1: Everyone has trouble understanding everything someone else is saying, especially when one or both sides are being assholes.

Reply 2: I think literally everyone has that sometimes, maybe just not often. Personally I feel like that happens if I am overwhelmed like a lot is going at once then I might have trouble keeping a conversation. I also have it a lot where I realize what someone meant like 15 minutes later, when I already screwed up the conversation.

Reply 3: I don't have Asperger's or anything like that. But I do struggle with communication. People are... Difficult.
