In windows 10 v2004 a problem was introduced in mspaint. The skew values would no longer accept negative values having a minus sign. Thus you could not do an effective rotation by entering a positive horizontal, and a negative vertical skew in a single dialogue. . How do I go back to the previous version of mspaint which I obtained from ms store? It is no longer listed there.
